Thomas J. Barrack, Jr.
Executive Chairman
Thomas J. Barrack, Jr. is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Colony Capital, Inc. Prior to founding the Colony Capital business in 1991, Mr. Barrack was a Principal with the Robert M. Bass Group, the principal investment vehicle of the Fort Worth, Texas investor Robert M. Bass. Prior to joining the Robert M. Bass Group, Mr. Barrack also served in the Reagan administration as Deputy Undersecretary of the Department of the Interior. Additionally, in 2010 French president Nicolas Sarkozy awarded him France's Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur.
From June 2010 to February 2020, Mr. Barrack served on the board of directors of First Republic Bank, a full service bank and wealth management firm. From January 2016 through June 2017, Mr. Barrack served as co-chairman of the board of trustees of Colony Starwood Homes (NYSE: SFR), a leading single-family rental real estate investment trust. From January 2014 to May 2016, Mr. Barrack served on the board of directors of Carrefour S.A., a French multinational retailer and the second largest retailer in the world.
From January 2006 to April 2013, Mr. Barrack served on the public board of directors of Accor, S.A., a major global hotel group listed on Euronext Paris. Mr. Barrack has also served on the public board of Challenger Financial Services Group Limited, a diversified financial services organization listed on the Australian Securities Exchange from November 2007 to October 2010. From August 1994 to September 2007, Mr. Barrack served on the board of Continental Airlines, Inc., one of the largest passenger airlines in the United States, including as a member of its Corporate Governance Committee, Executive Committee and Human Resources Committee.
Mr. Barrack received a Bachelor of Arts in 1969 from the University of Southern California. He attended law school at the University of San Diego and the University of Southern California, where he was an editor of the law review, and received a Juris Doctor in 1972 from the University of San Diego. Mr. Barrack is the recipient of an Honorary Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from Pepperdine University and a Trustee at the University of Southern California.
Marc Ganzi
President & Chief Executive Officer
Marc C. Ganzi is President and Chief Executive Officer of Colony Capital, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY). Prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer of Colony Capital & Chief Executive Officer of Digital Colony, Mr. Ganzi founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Bridge Holdings, a leading global investor and owner of mobile and internet infrastructure that was acquired by Colony Capital in July 2019 as part of Colony’s transformation to become the premier platform for digital infrastructure and real estate investment. At the time of the acquisition, Digital Bridge managed nearly $15.0 billion of global digital infrastructure assets, directly and through Digital Colony Partners. In conjunction with the acquisition, Mr. Ganzi became CEO-Elect of Colony Capital.
Prior to Digital Bridge, Mr. Ganzi founded Global Tower Partners (“GTP”) in 2003, which grew to become one of the largest privately-owned tower companies in the U.S. under his leadership before being acquired by American Tower Corporation in 2013 for $4.8 billion. At GTP, Mr. Ganzi executed a series of strategic acquisitions, build-to-suit agreements with wireless carriers and financings in the credit markets.
Prior to the formation of GTP, Mr. Ganzi worked as a consulting partner for DB Capital Partners from 2000 to 2002 where he oversaw the institution’s investments in the Latin American tower sector. Before joining DB Capital, Mr. Ganzi co-founded and served as President of Apex Site Management, one of the largest third-party managers of wireless and wireline communication sites in the United States. In 2000, Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications to create one of the largest telecommunications site portfolios in the United States at the time.
Mr. Ganzi has served on the boards of corporations, including Apex Site Management, Global Tower Partners, Olympus Outdoor Media, Mexico Tower Partners, Vertical Bridge, DataBank, Vantage Data Centers, Andean Telecom Partners, ExteNet Systems and Zayo Group.
In 1990, Mr. Ganzi served as an assistant Commercial Attaché in Madrid for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Foreign Commercial Service Department. He also served as a Presidential Intern in the White House for the George H.W. Bush administration with the Office of Special Activities and Initiatives for the Honorable Stephen M. Studdert in 1989.
Mr. Ganzi received a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business in 1993. He was a Board Member of the Wireless Infrastructure Association from 2008 to 2017 and served as Chairman from 2009 to 2011. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission, and he currently serves on the board of the Aspen Valley Ski Club.
Jacky Wu

Jacky Wu is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Colony Capital, Inc.
Prior to joining Colony Capital, Mr. Wu was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Driven Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRVN), North America’s largest automotive aftermarket platform where he filed the S-1 and led the public company readiness campaign. Prior to Driven Brands, Mr. Wu was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Xura, Inc (formerly Comverse, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESG)). Prior to Xura, Mr. Wu spent five years at American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) where he was Vice President of Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Wu has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning his career at Verizon Communications. There he served in numerous accounting, finance and business development roles of increasing scope and responsibility, most recently as Director and Chief Financial Officer of Verizon Digital Services Inc.
Mr. Wu graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and with Departmental Honors with both a Master of Business Administration as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Tulane University.
Ronald M. Sanders

Chief Legal Officer & Secretary
Mr. Sanders is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Colony Capital, Inc., for which he is responsible for the management of global legal affairs and generally provides legal and other support to the operations of Colony Capital.
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2004, Mr. Sanders was a Partner with the law firm of Clifford Chance US LLP.
Mr. Sanders received his Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Albany in 1985, and his Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law in 1988.
Justin Chang
Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer - Digital Balance Sheet
Justin Chang is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer – Digital Balance Sheet for Colony Capital, Inc. He has primary responsibility for Colony LatAm Partners and Digital Colony Partners. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Colony American Homes from its founding in 2012 to its merger with Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust in January 2016. From January 2016 to June 2017, Mr. Chang served on the Board of Trustees of Colony Starwood Homes (NYSE: SFR).
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2010, Mr. Chang was a Partner with TPG Capital, an international private equity investment firm that he joined in 1993. At TPG, Mr. Chang was involved in private equity investments across a broad range of industries including consumer products, financial services, healthcare, real estate, technology, media and telecommunications in multiple geographies in North America and Asia.
Mr. Chang sits or has sat on a variety of boards around the world including: Beringer Wine Estates, Blade Urban Air Mobility, Colony Starwood Homes, Crystal Decisions, Lenovo Group,Northstar Healthcare Income, On Semiconductor, Shenzhen Development Bank, Silverado Premium Properties, Stratto Opencell and UTAC Holdings.
Mr. Chang received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1993 and his BA cum laude in Economics and Political Science from Yale University in 1989. He currently serves on the Yale President’s Council on International Activities, the Yale Development Council and the Board of Advisors of the Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs.
Karren Fink

Karren Fink is Managing Director, Global Head of Human Resources at Colony Capital, Inc. Ms. Fink is responsible for overseeing the team of professionals who manage Colony Capital’s Human Resources processes for the company’s 400+ employees worldwide.
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2015, Ms. Fink was Chief Human Resource Officer at Edmunds.com where her responsibilities included employee development, staffing, and benefits for the company’s 500+ employees. Previously, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Westfield, LLC, where she helped staff and support a workforce responsible for development and leasing activities at over 60 shopping center properties. Earlier in her career, she served in a range of increasingly responsible human resources roles for organizations such as Citigroup and General Mills.
Ms. Fink received a Master of Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University College of Business, and earned a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
Jonathan Grunzweig
Chief Investment Officer of Non-Digital
Jonathan Grunzweig serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Non-Digital for Colony Capital, Inc. Prior to becoming Chief Investment Officer for Non-Digital for Colony Capital, Mr. Grunzweig served as the Global Head of Special Situations, charged with helping develop Colony Capital's global growth strategy across markets, platforms and asset classes.
Until the combination of Colony Capital, LLC and Colony Financial, Inc. into a predecessor of Colony Capital, Inc. in 2015, Mr. Grunzweig served as global Chief Investment Officer of Colony Capital, LLC, overseeing the sourcing, structuring, execution and management of all investments and divestments on a global basis.
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 1999, Mr. Grunzweig was a Partner with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he specialized in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Grunzweig received his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 1985, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1988.
Donna L. Hansen
Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer & Global Head of Tax
Donna Hansen is Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer and Global Head of Tax at Colony Capital, Inc. Ms. Hansen is responsible for tax management, structuring and oversight of all global operations and investment activities at Colony Capital.
Prior to joining Colony Capital in February 2017, Ms. Hansen had a long career in public accounting where she was a tax partner at KPMG LLP, and later at HCVT, LLP where she specialized in structuring partnership and real estate transactions for REITs and global real estate opportunity and distressed credit funds. She held various management and industry positions including participation on HCVT’s Executive Committee, and leading KPMG’s Orange County tax practice and their Western Area real estate tax practice.
Ms. Hansen received a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Arizona State University, where she graduated summa cum laude.
Ben Jenkins
Chief Investment Officer of Digital Colony
Ben Jenkins is Chief Investment Officer of Digital Colony. Mr. Jenkins is also the Co-Founder of Digital Bridge Holdings and the former Chairman of Global Tower Partners. Prior to forming Digital Bridge, Mr. Jenkins was a Senior Managing Director and head of the Hong Kong office for The Blackstone Group. During his 12 years at Blackstone, Mr. Jenkins led over a dozen private equity investments (including Global Tower Partners) across a range of industries and geographies, including telecommunications deals in developed and emerging markets.
Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Jenkins was an associate at Saunders, Karp and Megrue (now Apax) and a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Jenkins currently serves on the Board of Directors of Digita, ExteNet Systems, Mexico Tower Partners and Vertical Bridge.
Mr. Jenkins received a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Stanford University in 1993 and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School in 1999.
Sonia Kim

Sonia Kim is Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer at Colony Capital, Inc. Ms. Kim is responsible for financial reporting and accounting policy matters for Colony Capital and its managed vehicles.
Prior to joining Colony Capital in 2008, Ms. Kim was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, serving clients primarily in real estate and financial services industries.
Ms. Kim received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
Leon Schwartzman

Leon Schwartzman is Managing Director, Chief Risk Officer at Colony Capital, Inc. and Chief Compliance Officer of Colony Capital Investment Advisors, LLC. Mr. Schwartzman is responsible for risk management and overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2002, Mr. Schwartzman was an associate with the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown.
Mr. Schwartzman received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1997.
Mark D. Serwinowski

Mark D. Serwinowski is Managing Director, Chief Information Officer at Colony Capital and Chief Information Officer of Digital Colony
Prior to Digital Colony, Mr. Serwinowski was the Vice President, Information Technology, at Global Tower Partners. Global Tower Partners was acquired by American Tower Corporation in October 2013 for $4.8 billion.
Previously, he was the Chief Technology Officer at Blue Frog Solutions, the leading provider of software for secure data transfer, messaging and transaction processing between insurance carriers/underwriters and distributors/agents. Prior to Blue Frog Solutions, Mr. Serwinowski was the Chief Information Officer for Woolbright Development, Inc., one of the largest acquirers and owners of retail real estate in Florida.
Mr. Serwinowski previously headed the Information Systems department at Extended Stay America and served in numerous senior positions at United Technology's Pratt & Whitney subsidiary, where he was recognized for outstanding contribution to the latest generation military fighter engine program.
Mr. Serwinowski received a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University and earned a Master degree in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida. He also completed post-graduate education at the University of Florida and executive education at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
Kevin Smithen

Kevin Smithen is Managing Director and Global Head of Strategy and Capital Formation at Colony Capital, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY). Mr. Smithen has over 25 years of experience in the global communications services and digital infrastructure sectors and plays a leading role in the firm’s deal sourcing, fundraising and co-investment efforts. Mr. Smithen is also responsible for managing relationships with certain strategic customers worldwide.
Mr. Smithen is also Managing Director, Strategy and Capital Formation at Digital Colony, where he has been instrumental in securing equity and co-investment capital and sourcing proprietary, off-market fiber and data center deals across Canada and Latin America since 2018.
Prior to Digital Colony, Mr. Smithen worked in the equity research division of Macquarie Securities (USA) Inc., most recently as Managing Director, Telecom Services and Infrastructure and as Sector Head for Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT). He has been recognized by StarMine, Bloomberg, and Institutional Investor as a leading analyst and thought leader.
Previously, he worked as a senior analyst and Portfolio Manager for the Lazard Global Opportunities Fund and the Lazard TMT Advantage Fund. He was also the first investment analyst at Coatue Capital, a leading TMT sector hedge fund. Mr. Smithen began his career as an investment banker at Smith Barney, Inc. (Citigroup) in their Media and Telecommunications Group. Mr. Smithen earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, Middle East, and European Policy, magna cum laude, with Distinction from Duke University.
Liam Stewart

Liam Stewart is Chief Operating Officer of Digital Colony. Prior to Digital Colony, Mr. Stewart was the Chief Financial Officer of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation. He has approximately 15 years of experience in acquiring, operating and financing infrastructure assets in the U.S., Australia, and Asia.
Prior to joining Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in 2014, Mr. Stewart was a Senior Vice President and Management Partner at Global Tower Partners (GTP), where he had responsibility for all capital markets initiatives and led over a dozen domestic and international financings for GTP. He was also responsible for all treasury, capital markets and strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations and reporting initiatives at GTP. Prior to joining GTP in 2009, Mr. Stewart was employed by the Macquarie Group where he had day to day responsibility for a listed Macquarie affiliate’s North American media and telecommunications investments.
Mr. Stewart has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. He is also admitted to practice as a solicitor in the state of New South Wales.

Prior to joining a predecessor of the Colony business in 2012, Mr. Bath held various leadership positions within the senior housing and skilled nursing sectors with Sunrise Senior Living, Inc., JP Morgan and Walker & Dunlop.
Mr. Bath received a Master of Business Administration from University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech.

Jean-Philippe Besse is Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations – Europe at Colony Capital, Inc. Mr. Besse is responsible for overseeing Colony Capital’s investor relations efforts in Europe and developing its current and prospective European investors.
Prior to joining Colony Capital in 2017, Mr. Besse was partner at La Française AM, a leading asset manager in Europe, where he was Head of International Development, interfacing with European and Middle Eastern investors on all aspects of capital formation across various asset management expertise. Mr. Besse started his professional career within the AXA group in New York and Paris where he was Head of Marketing for AXA Financial Products.
Mr. Besse graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France and he is an actuary.

Yannis Ermilios

Yannis Ermilios is Managing Director, Portfolio Management at Colony Capital, Inc. Mr. Ermilios is in charge of the European portfolio management team and is responsible for the asset management, development and dispositions for debt and equity investments in Europe.
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2015, Mr. Ermilios was a development director with Dolphin Capital, focusing on resorts and hotel investments in South Europe. He previously worked as a Project Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle in France and before that as a construction engineer with AEGEK S.A, a Greek contractor.
Mr. Ermilios received a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master in Civil Engineering from the Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics in France.

Ann B. Harrington is Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel at Colony Capital, Inc. Ms. Harrington is responsible for legal oversight of Colony Capital’s healthcare real estate portfolio. Ms. Harrington is also General Counsel and Secretary of NorthStar Healthcare Income, Inc.
Prior to joining a predecessor of the Colony business in 2015, Ms. Harrington was an associate in the Corporate and Financial Services Group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where she advised public and private corporate clients with respect to capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Ms. Harrington holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

William Hughes, III

Investment Management
William Hughes, III is Managing Director, Investment Management at Colony Capital, Inc. Mr. Hughes is responsible for liquid investment strategies. He is the Portfolio Manager of the Colony Capital Focus Fund and the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Securities portfolio.
Prior to joining Colony Capital in 2017, Mr. Hughes managed the Focus Fund within Kayne Anderson. Prior to that, Mr. Hughes was a portfolio manager for the Condorcet Opportunity Fund, an event driven hedge fund controlled by Societe Generale. Mr. Hughes has been engaged in value and event driven investing as an analyst and portfolio manager since 1998, and he previously managed similar strategies at Allen & Company and Pequot Capital Management. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the financial institutions group.
Mr. Hughes is an honors graduate of the University of Chicago with a concentration in economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Melissa Iorio is Managing Director, Investor Relations at Colony Capital, Inc. Ms. Iorio is responsible for capital formation and investor relations interfacing with the firm's current and prospective investor base across the firm’s various platforms. Prior to her current role Ms. Iorio served as an investor relations professional responsible for managing investor due diligence efforts globally.
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2013, Ms. Iorio was Partner, Director of Marketing and Investor Relations at Barington Capital in New York, where her responsibilities included strengthening investment relationships and strategically focused fund growth. Previously, she was Vice President Eaton Partners in Connecticut, FirstMark Capital in New York, and CRT Capital in Connecticut.
Ms. Iorio received a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College, in Colchester, Vermont.

Ronald Jeanneault is Managing Director, Healthcare at Colony Capital, Inc. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of NorthStar Healthcare Income, Inc. a retail company managed by Colony Capital. Mr. Jeanneault is responsible for the operating and capital strategy of Colony Capital healthcare real estate business.
Prior to joining a predecessor of the Colony business in 2012, Mr. Jeanneault was Co-Head of Operations with Sunrise Senior Living in McLean, VA.
Mr. Jeanneault is an Executive Board member of the American Seniors Housing Association and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Daniel E. Katz is Managing Director, Investment Management at Colony Capital, Inc. Mr. Katz is responsible for the identification and evaluation of new real estate investments in the United States. In addition, Mr. Katz serves as the Head of Western U.S. Loan Originations for Colony Credit Real Estate, Inc. (CLNC).
Prior to joining a predecessor of the Colony business in 2014, Mr. Katz was a First Vice President at OneWest Bank where he was responsible for loan originations. Previously, Mr. Katz held investment positions at Barclays Capital, Och-Ziff and Blackstone.
Mr. Katz received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Managing Director
George H. Kok is Managing Director of Colony Capital, Inc. and Chief Credit Officer of Colony Credit Real Estate, Inc. (CLNC). Mr. Kok is responsible for overseeing the credit and due diligence of loan originations for CLNC in the United States.
Prior to joining Colony Capital in 2021, Mr. Kok served as Head of Commercial Real Estate Conduit and Head of Due Diligence and Securitization at Morgan Stanley from 2015 to 2020. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Kok was Head of Underwriting for Ladder Capital from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Kok served as Co-Head of Real Estate Structured Finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2010 to 2013. Previously, Mr. Kok served from 2001 through 2009 as Head of Merrill Lynch’s Commercial Real Estate Conduit programs in the United States and Canada. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Kok was co-head of Morgan Stanley’s conduit program with overall responsibility for credit. Before moving to Wall Street in 1996, Mr. Kok spent six years at The Prudential Insurance Company of America originating commercial mortgages loans.
Mr. Kok received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School.

Allen Lau is Managing Director, Special Situations at Colony Capital, Inc. Mr. Lau is responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation and management of investments in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2005, Mr. Lau was a vice president in Investor Asia Limited in Hong Kong, an Asia-focused private equity fund sponsored by Investor AB of Sweden, where he was responsible for deal sourcing, execution and post-acquisition monitoring of investments in the Greater China region. Prior to Investor Asia, Mr. Lau was a management consultant at Bain & Company, where he had extensive experience in advising major private equity funds in market assessment, valuation, deal structure, post-acquisition strategy formation and performance turnaround.

Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2007, Mr. Marseille founded Carrefour Capital, LLC and worked at Diamond Edge Capital Partners where he raised capital for various private equity, hedge fund and real estate clients. Mr. Marseille started his professional career as a public official in the administration of New York City Mayor David N. Dinkins where he worked on the city's capital program and various economic development projects. He subsequently worked as an investment banker at Artemis Capital Group and Dain Rauscher structuring tax-exempt and taxable municipal debt for public issuers across the country. Mr. Marseille later worked as an advisor at a boutique investment banking firm providing advisory services on leveraged lease transactions to public sector clients.

Michael J. Mazzei is Managing Director of Colony Capital, Inc. and has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Colony Credit Real Estate, Inc. (CLNC) since April 2020. Mr. Mazzei leads and oversees CLNC’s operations, including investment and credit risk, capital raising and relationship management activities among stockholders, clients, partners, financing counterparties, research analysts and rating agencies.
Mr. Mazzei served as a member of the board of directors of Ladder Capital Corp from June 2017 through March 2020. Previously, Mr. Mazzei served as President of Ladder Capital from June 2012 through June 2017. From September 2009 to June 2012, Mr. Mazzei served as Global Head of the CMBS and Bank Loan Syndication Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, Mr. Mazzei served as Co-Head of CMBS and Commercial Real Estate Debt Markets at Barclays Capital from March 2004 to June 2009. Prior to Barclays Capital, Mr. Mazzei spent 20 years at Lehman Brothers, including 18 years in commercial real estate finance-related functions. Having started in commercial mortgage trading in 1984, Mr. Mazzei became the head of CMBS in 1991 and served as the Co-Head of Global Real Estate Investment Banking from March 2002 to February 2004.

Andrew Witt is Managing Director at Colony Capital, Inc. Mr. Witt is primarily focused on real estate related product development, investor relations and marketing of private offerings globally. Prior to taking on this most recent role he served as an investment professional responsible for the identification, evaluation, and consummation of real estate related investments. Mr. Witt also served as an Executive Vice President of Colony American Homes where he was responsible for overseeing investments in single family residential property which culminated in the acquisition of nearly 20,000 homes.
Prior to joining the Colony Capital business in 2007, Mr. Witt invested in a number of venture capital opportunities and founded and managed a business in the industrial medicine sector.

Thomas J. Barrack, Jr. is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Colony Capital, Inc. Prior to founding the Colony Capital business in 1991, Mr. Barrack was a Principal with the Robert M. Bass Group, the principal investment vehicle of the Fort Worth, Texas investor Robert M. Bass. Prior to joining the Robert M. Bass Group, Mr. Barrack also served in the Reagan administration as Deputy Undersecretary of the Department of the Interior. Additionally, in 2010 French president Nicolas Sarkozy awarded him France's Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur.
From June 2010 to February 2020, Mr. Barrack served on the board of directors of First Republic Bank, a full service bank and wealth management firm. From January 2016 through June 2017, Mr. Barrack served as co-chairman of the board of trustees of Colony Starwood Homes (NYSE: SFR), a leading single-family rental real estate investment trust. From January 2014 to May 2016, Mr. Barrack served on the board of directors of Carrefour S.A., a French multinational retailer and the second largest retailer in the world.
From January 2006 to April 2013, Mr. Barrack served on the public board of directors of Accor, S.A., a major global hotel group listed on Euronext Paris. Mr. Barrack has also served on the public board of Challenger Financial Services Group Limited, a diversified financial services organization listed on the Australian Securities Exchange from November 2007 to October 2010. From August 1994 to September 2007, Mr. Barrack served on the board of Continental Airlines, Inc., one of the largest passenger airlines in the United States, including as a member of its Corporate Governance Committee, Executive Committee and Human Resources Committee.

J. Braxton Carter is a non-executive director of Colony Capital, Inc. For nearly a decade until his retirement on July 1, 2020, Mr. Carter served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of T-Mobile US, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS), where he was responsible for leading its financial functions.
Mr. Carter served as MetroPCS Communications, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer from March 2005 until the combination of MetroPCS Communications, Inc. and T-Mobile USA completed in 2013 (the “Metro Combination”). Mr. Carter also served as MetroPCS Communications Inc.’s Vice Chairman from May 2011 until the consummation of the Metro Combination. From February 2001 to March 2005, he was Vice President, Corporate Operations of MetroPCS Communications, Inc.
Mr. Carter also has extensive senior management experience in the wireless and retail industry and spent 10 years in public accounting. Since July 2020, he has served as a member of the board of directors of Assurant Inc (NYSE: AIZ). Mr. Carter is a certified public accountant.

Since May 2020, Ms. Curtin is a Partner, Group Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investment Advisory at Alvarium Investments, a global multi-family office, co-investment partner and merchant banking boutique firm. Alvarium provides tailored investment solutions for families, foundations and institutions across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Alvarium, Ms. Curtin was the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investments of Close Brothers Asset Management (CBAM). CBAM is the asset management arm of Close Brothers Group Plc, (CBG). Established in 1878, CBG is a specialist financial services group engaged in banking, securities and asset management activities. CBG is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a member of the FTSE 250, with over 2,700 employees. With over 550 employees it is focused on providing investment management and wealth structuring to a broad range of UK and European clients, both onshore and offshore.
Prior to CBAM, Ms. Curtin has had a range of senior roles in asset management, private equity and alternative asset investing. She served as the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of Fortune Asset Management Limited, an alternative asset management firm working with institutional, HNW and family office clients, from April 2002 until it was purchased by CBAM in January 2010.
Ms. Curtin was Managing Director of Schroders Plc, a £268 billion global asset management firm, where she was also Head of Global Investments for the Mutual Funds business. Prior to Schroders, Ms. Curtin was Head of Emerging Markets at Baring Asset Management, a £60 billion global investment management firm, currently owned by MassMutual Financial Group.

Jeannie H. Diefenderfer is a non-executive director of Colony Capital, Inc. Ms. Diefenderfer is founder and Chief Executive Officer of courageNpurpose, LLC, a consulting firm providing advisory services to boards and CEOs in strategic initiatives to drive operational and business efficacy. Ms. Diefenderfer has nearly 30 years of technical and operational experience, with more than 10 years in executive leadership positions at Verizon Communications, including leading Verizon’s global customer care organization for its largest enterprise customers, serving as Chief Procurement Officer, and as Senior Vice President of Global Engineering & Planning. Ms. Diefenderfer previously served as a director on the boards of public companies, MRV Communications, Inc., Westell Technologies, Inc. and Windstream Holdings, Inc. Ms. Diefenderfer is also Chair of the Accenture Network Advisory Council, and Vice Chair and Trustee of Tufts University. Marc C. Ganzi is President and Chief Executive Officer of Colony Capital, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY). Prior to becoming President and Chief Executive Officer of Colony Capital & Chief Executive Officer of Digital Colony, Mr. Ganzi founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Bridge Holdings, a leading global investor and owner of mobile and internet infrastructure that was acquired by Colony Capital in July 2019 as part of Colony’s transformation to become the premier platform for digital infrastructure and real estate investment. At the time of the acquisition, Digital Bridge managed nearly $15.0 billion of global digital infrastructure assets, directly and through Digital Colony Partners. In conjunction with the acquisition, Mr. Ganzi became CEO-Elect of Colony Capital.
Prior to Digital Bridge, Mr. Ganzi founded Global Tower Partners (“GTP”) in 2003, which grew to become one of the largest privately-owned tower companies in the U.S. under his leadership before being acquired by American Tower Corporation in 2013 for $4.8 billion. At GTP, Mr. Ganzi executed a series of strategic acquisitions, build-to-suit agreements with wireless carriers and financings in the credit markets.
Prior to the formation of GTP, Mr. Ganzi worked as a consulting partner for DB Capital Partners from 2000 to 2002 where he oversaw the institution’s investments in the Latin American tower sector. Before joining DB Capital, Mr. Ganzi co-founded and served as President of Apex Site Management, one of the largest third-party managers of wireless and wireline communication sites in the United States. In 2000, Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications to create one of the largest telecommunications site portfolios in the United States at the time.
Mr. Ganzi has served on the boards of corporations, including Apex Site Management, Global Tower Partners, Olympus Outdoor Media, Mexico Tower Partners, Vertical Bridge, DataBank, Vantage Data Centers, Andean Telecom Partners, ExteNet Systems and Zayo Group.
In 1990, Mr. Ganzi served as an assistant Commercial Attaché in Madrid for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Foreign Commercial Service Department. He also served as a Presidential Intern in the White House for the George H.W. Bush administration with the Office of Special Activities and Initiatives for the Honorable Stephen M. Studdert in 1989.
Mr. Ganzi received a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business in 1993. He was a Board Member of the Wireless Infrastructure Association from 2008 to 2017 and served as Chairman from 2009 to 2011. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission, and he currently serves on the board of the Aspen Valley Ski Club.
Jon A. Fosheim

Mr. Fosheim is a non-executive director of Colony Capital, Inc. Previously, Mr. Fosheim was the Chief Executive Officer of Oak Hill REIT Management, LLC (Oak Hill) from 2005 until he retired in 2011. Oak Hill is a hedge fund specializing in REIT investments. From 1985 until 2005, Mr. Fosheim was a Principal and Co-founder of Green Street Advisors, a REIT advisory and consulting firm. Prior to that, Mr. Fosheim worked in institutional sales at Bear Stearns & Co., a global investment bank, and worked in the tax department at Touche Ross and Co. (now Deloitte LLP), an international accounting firm. Mr. Fosheim also serves as a member of the board of directors, including its audit committee and corporate governance committee, of Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc., a publicly traded REIT, positions he has held since January 2015. Mr. Fosheim also served as a member of the board of Associated Estates Realty Corporation, a publicly traded REIT, from February 2015 until August 2015, when the company was sold to a real estate fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
In addition, Mr. Fosheim is a director and chairman of the audit committee of the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation, a nonprofit foundation established for the purpose of supporting scientific research. In 2003, Mr. Fosheim was a recipient of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) Industry Achievement Award.
Mr. Fosheim holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor, each from the University of South Dakota.
Craig M. Hatkoff

Craig M. Hatkoff is a non-executive director of Colony Capital, Inc. Mr. Hatkoff founded and was the managing partner of Victor Capital Group, L.P. from 1989 until its acquisition by Capital Trust Group in 1997. Prior to his service at Victor Capital, Mr. Hatkoff served as the Co-Head of the Real Estate Investment Banking Unit of Chemical Bank, where he was a pioneer in commercial mortgage securitization.
Since 2011, Mr. Hatkoff has also served as a member of the board of directors of SL Green Realty Corp., where he currently is the chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee and sits on the audit committee.
Previously, Mr. Hatkoff served as a director of Taubman Centers, Inc. from 2004 to 2019 and Capital Trust, Inc. from 1997 to 2010 and the Vice Chairman of Capital Trust from 1997 to 2010.
Mr. Hatkoff is the Chairman of Turtle Pond Publications LLC, which is active in children’s publishing and entertainment. Mr. Hatkoff also served as a Trustee of the New York City School Construction Authority from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Mr. Hatkoff was a co-founder of the Tribeca Film Festival. Today, Mr. Hatkoff is an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School, where he teaches courses on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Mr. Hatkoff received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Sociology and Anthropology from Colgate University in 1976 and an MBA from Columbia Business School in 1978.
Gregory J. McCray

Gregory J. McCray is a non-executive director of Colony Capital, Inc. Mr. McCray is an experienced executive with 30 years of business, marketing, sales, engineering, operations, mergers and acquisitions, management and international experience in the communications technology industry. Since June 2018, Mr. McCray has served as the Chief Executive Officer of FDH Infrastructure Services (“FDH”), an engineering and science company that monitors, inspects, designs and performs structural analysis for infrastructure assets utilizing wireless monitoring devices and patented non-destructive testing techniques.
During his career, Mr. McCray has served in a number of management and executive roles, including CEO of Access/Google Fiber in 2017; CEO of Aero Communications Inc., which provides installation, services and support to the communications industry, from 2013 to 2016; CEO of Antenova, a developer of antennas and radio frequency modules for mobile devices, from 2003 to 2012; Chairman and CEO of PipingHot Networks, which brought broadband fixed wireless access equipment to market, from 2001 to 2002; and Senior Vice President of customer operations at Lucent Technologies from 1996 to 2000, where he managed the Customer Technical Operations Group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. McCray currently serves on the board of directors of FDH, FreeWave Technologies and ADTRAN, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADTN). Mr. McCray served as a director of Centurylink, Inc. (NYSE: CTL), the third largest network operator in America, from January 2005 to February 2017, where he served as chairman of the Cyber Security & Risk Committee from 2015 to 2017.
Mr. McCray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Purdue University. He has also completed executive business programs at the University of Illinois, Harvard, and INSEAD.
Raymond C. Mikulich

Raymond C. Mikulich is a non-executive director of Colony Capital, Inc. Mr. Mikulich is, and has been for over 10 years, the Managing Partner of Ridgeline Capital Group, LLC, a private real estate investment and consulting company. He was head of Apollo Global Real Estate North America from 2010 - 2011.
Prior to that, Mr. Mikulich was a member of the investment committee and the co-head of the Real Estate Private Equity Group of Lehman Brothers and the Group Head of Global Real Estate Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Mikulich joined the board of directors of Altus Group Limited (TSX:AIF), an integrated real estate technology, data and analytics and service company, in December 2013, and was appointed as its chairman in April 2015. Other public Board experience includes Campus Crest Communities May 2015 – March 2016 where he was a member of the Transaction Committee directing the strategic review and ultimate sale of the company and Interstate Hotels and Resorts from July 2002 to May 2006.
Mr. Mikulich is on the Advisory Board of Park Madison Partners, a privately held placement agent for private equity funds. He has served as a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, on the Board of The Real Estate Roundtable, as a member of the Advisory Board of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) as well as numerous other industry organizations.
Mr. Mikulich is a Chartered Surveyor (RICS) and CRE. He is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law with High Honors and earned his BA Cum Laude from Knox College.
George G. C. Parker

George G. C. Parker is a non-executive director of Colony Capital, Inc. He previously served as a director for Colony Capital, Inc.’s predecessor since its initial public offering in September 2009 until January 2017. Professor Parker has been a distinguished member of the finance faculty of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business since 1973 and is currently the Dean Witter Distinguished Professor of Finance (Emeritus). At Stanford, Professor Parker has held a series of senior positions, including Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Director of the M.B.A. Program, Director for Executive Education, and Director of the Stanford Sloan Program for Executives.
Professor Parker is a member of the board of directors of First Republic Bank, a California banking company. Professor Parker also served on the board of directors of Threshold Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company, from October 2004 until its merger with Molecular Templates in August 2017. From March 2001 to January 2015, Professor Parker served on the board of directors of iShares Exchange Traded Funds, an investment company, including as independent chairman. Professor Parker served as a member of the board of directors of Tejon Ranch Company, a publicly traded real estate development company, from May 1998 to March 2015, including as Chairman of its Audit Committee. From 1996 to 2009, Professor Parker served on the public board of Continental Airlines, Inc., including as Chairman of its audit committee.
Professor Parker holds a Bachelor of Science from Haverford College and a Master of Business Administration and Ph.D. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Dale Anne Reiss

Dale Anne Reiss is a non-executive director of Colony Capital, Inc. Ms. Reiss currently serves as Senior Managing Director of Brock Capital Group LLC, a full-service investment bank, and Chairman of Brock Real Estate LLC, its equity and mezzanine financing arm. Ms. Reiss also serves as a member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee of Tutor Perini Corporation, a leading civil and building construction company; and a member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee of Starwood Real Estate Income Trust, a non-publicly traded REIT.
Until her retirement in 2008, she served as Senior Partner as well as Global and America’s director of real estate, hospitality and construction at Ernst & Young LLP, and its predecessor Kenneth Leventhal & Company, and was subsequently senior consultant to their Global Real Estate Center until 2011. From 1980 to 1985, Ms. Reiss was senior vice president and controller at Urban Investment & Development Company. Since 1998, Ms. Reiss has served as a governor and past Trustee of Urban Land Institute. She is a former member of the board of directors of iStar Inc., Post Properties, Inc., Care Capital Properties Inc., until its merger with Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc., and CYS Investments, Inc. until its merger with Two Harbors Investment Corp. Ms. Reiss brings to the Board extensive expertise in financial and accounting matters from her experience over an extended period at several major public accounting firms, her leadership experience in management and operations at those firms, and her experience as a director of other public and private companies.
Ms. Reiss holds a Bachelor of Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. Ms. Reiss is a Certified Public Accountant.
John L. Steffens

John L. Steffens is a non-executive director of Colony Capital, having previously served as a director of one of its predecessors from its initial public offering in September 2009 until January 2017. Mr. Steffens is the founder of Spring Mountain Capital, LP (Spring Mountain Capital). Founded in 2001, Spring Mountain Capital specializes in providing advisory services and alternative investments for institutional and private investors. Prior to establishing Spring Mountain Capital, Mr. Steffens spent 38 years at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., where he held numerous senior management positions, including President of Merrill Lynch Consumer Markets (which was later named the Private Client Group) from July 1985 until April 1997, and both Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (the parent company) and Chairman of its U.S. Private Client Group from April 1997 until July 2001.
Mr. Steffens served on the Board of Directors of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. from April 1986 until July 2001. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Merrill Lynch Ventures, LLC (a $1.8 billion private equity fund for key employees). Mr. Steffens currently serves on the Advisory Board of StarVest Partners, the Advisory Board of Wicks Communication & Media Partners, L.P., and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cicero, Inc., a publicly traded provider of business integration software, since May 2007. In addition, Mr. Steffens is currently National Chairman Emeritus of the Alliance for Aging Research. From January 2016 to June 2017, Mr. Steffens served on the board of trustees of Colony Starwood Homes (NYSE: SFR). From June 2004 to February 2009, Mr. Steffens served on the public board of Aozora Bank, Ltd., a financial services institution in Japan. Previously, Mr. Steffens served as Chairman of the Securities Industry Association, as a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development, and as a member of the Board of Overseers of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
Mr. Steffens graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College in 1963. He also attended the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School in 1979.
Mr. Steffens’s years of investment experience, advisory work and senior leadership positions at Merrill Lynch devoted to private client work provides the Board with an investor perspective. Mr. Steffens’s extensive contacts developed through his service with a significant number of securities and financial firms provide the Board with a view into markets that is invaluable.
